Super easy, here’s the how to;
silk tofu + 2.5 dl oat cream + garlic + 1tsp rice vinegar + 1 tsp salt (if you want you can have the other spices, I used 3 tsp nutritional yeast) + food processor = batter
25g melted dairy free butter then pour in 4tsp agar agar powder in batter. cook for 6-7min over medium heat & pour into a bowl then let it cool.
Melts best in thin slices.
