If you think slaughtering staff know what they’re doing, think again
If you think cows and pigs are being treated well as long as they live and that they die peacefully think again!
“Animals were observed being mistreated in every abattoir across the state. The review found that slaughtering staff didn’t always know what they were doing (what the…??!) and that some animals were not being stunned properly before being killed. That means they may have still been conscious when their throats were cut”
